The top front hole is then secured with a short screw to prevent wobbling. The slits in the carpet lining are original, and it's a sticker type, designed to be easily applied by covering the handrail. There are some issues, such as pilling on the edges of the carpet, and scratches on the underside and the base tube. I have uploaded photos of the areas of concern. It will be disassembled for shipping. There is no instruction manual. The black hex wrench in the photo is included, and you can use it to tighten all the screws for assembly.
