There is yellowing due to aging, but I have confirmed that it produces sound. It has an earphone jack, but I haven't been able to confirm if it works as I don't have any earphones. It's a card-shaped item, approximately 5.3cm wide x 8.3cm long and about 7mm thick. There is no case or instruction manual.
