This is a Three Dots boa vest. I recently purchased this and had it dry cleaned, and have tried it on. The narrow shoulders prevent it from looking bulky, and it looks great. It's a lovely piece, but I don't have anything in my wardrobe that goes with it, so I'm unfortunately selling it while it's still in good condition. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, and the condition is good, but please understand that this is a used item.
