This is a light blue polka dot dress with a white tulle skirt. My daughter didn't seem to like it very much, so it hasn't been worn often. It has been washed several times. This adorable dress has details like buttons and a chest pocket, making it perfect for outings, parties, celebrations, and presentations! There is a small hole in the tulle, about 5mm x 3mm (likely from washing or storage). The tulle is double-layered, and there is white fabric underneath, so it probably won't be noticeable when worn.
