The condition is good. There are no noticeable stains or writing, but there is some yellowing due to aging. There are no visible stains on each page, but please note that there may be oversights as this is a personal inspection. As shown in the last photo, there is a Brownie sticker on the bottom left, which was applied to cover up some dirt.
