I fell in love at first sight with a slightly retro-looking, made-in-Japan sun-tanned Licca-chan doll that I saw on a blog by a doll collector. I immediately started looking for one on auctions and such, and I realized that there were others looking for the same thing. (^-^;) After that, I was able to purchase a deadstock item from a toy store about 15 years ago, and I kept it unopened in a cardboard box in a dark room. I've kept it carefully, but I'm currently organizing my dolls because I have too many, so I've decided to let it go.
