These are sarouel pants. The color is black. The size is free size, unisex. The waist is elastic, not a drawstring. There are no pockets. Made of rayon fabric, they are very cool in the summer and good for both outdoor wear and loungewear. Sarouel pants are generally made of rayon fabric, so they tend to fade easily. It's best to wash them separately. In the photos, they look like they're 7/10 length, but for women (around 155cm tall), they will reach the ankles.
