I don't know where it's from, but it's a super cute set-up. It's a culotte, not a skirt. I wore it as a women's size S, but I think it could also fit a child's size 150-160. There are no product tags. The construction is somewhat rough from the start. I don't know for sure because it's not written, but it's a thick synthetic fiber material. By the way, the pockets on the top are fake pockets, so they don't actually exist. In the photos, it looks black, but it's navy with a beige dot pattern.
