This is a WonderSwan game of Hunter x Hunter. It's quite rare to have the cartridge, instruction manual, and everything else complete. "Hunter x Hunter: Inheritors of the Will" was the first game adaptation released for the WonderSwan in 2000. I checked on Mercari, and there weren't many listings.
