When removing the right earphone while noise cancellation is on, there is occasionally a brief noise. This is likely due to pressure from a finger on the external sound intake area of the earphone. The noise doesn't last for more than a few seconds, so listening is still possible even with noise cancellation on. However, this is being sold as a "defective" item, so it is for those who understand the current condition. The exterior of the case has many fine scratches. The earphones themselves appear to have no noticeable scratches. Three ear tips are included, but the M size has been used (and disinfected with alcohol), so please be aware of that.
