This is a long stainless steel scissor with "TRADE MARK," "七," "SATOH," and "銘作" inscribed on it. As a stainless steel scissor from TRADE MARK, it's unusual to have an adjustable screw. It appears to have been used relatively infrequently, and the blades still have plenty of volume. The feel and sharpness are excellent. For reference, it cuts tissue very sharply and cleanly without snagging. I've sharpened it, so you should be able to use it immediately, but if you're particular about the sharpness, please sharpen and adjust it yourself before use.
