These are EYTYS Tribeca boots. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but the soles seem slightly worn. I purchased them from the EYTYS online shop, but a couple of the lace-hook parts on the left boot were broken, so I had a repair shop replace them with similar parts. They look almost identical to the original parts, so they are not very noticeable. The size is 41, which fits perfectly. I usually wear sneakers size 27 and leather shoes size 26. Color: Black
