Purchased on Rakuten in June 2024. Used until the baby was about six months old. Since I was combination feeding, I didn't use it every time I breastfed. After that, I only used it about once a month to measure weight. I used a bath towel on top of the main unit, so the included mat is unused. I've checked the weight with a cooking scale to confirm. Weight measurement is in 5g increments, so there's almost no error. There's a thin scratch on the side, and there might be other overlooked imperfections. When I purchased it on Rakuten, the shipping label was directly attached to the box, so there are marks from removing the label. When shipping, I plan to wrap this box itself in a plastic bag or bubble wrap. I might also use bubble wrap for the main unit, or reuse the original packaging.
