This is a small, deep-sided kobachi (small bowl) or sashimi choko (small cup) with the character for "fortune" (福) written inside a small diamond shape. The color of the modern gos (cobalt blue) differs, giving it a deep flavor. It's a vessel that looks beautiful even with a small amount of delicacies. Bamboo design, landscape painting; there's also painting on the back; a masterpiece despite its small size. It's a lovely vessel. Naturally, there are some kiln variations typical of old items, but it's in good condition without any cracks or chips.
