This is a Hiyoko-chan room light that came with the 66th-anniversary Chicken Ramen commemorative package. I have confirmed that it works. There was some rust on the battery compartment, but it has been cleaned, and there are no problems with the light turning on. Batteries and a cable are not included; only the main unit is for sale.
