These warm pants have a comfortable brushed back. Worn about 3 times before my child outgrew them, so there are no noticeable stains or scuffs and they are still in good condition. There is some slight fuzzing characteristic of the cotton material (please see the images). The tag has a name written on it. I will give it to you as is, without cutting off the tag.
