Release Date: November 14, 2025 This is the second part of a two-part theatrical compilation that re-edits all 13 episodes of the original TV anime "Girls Band Cry" by Toei Animation, which aired in 2024, and adds new cuts. The story follows 17-year-old Nina Iseri, who dropped out of high school after stumbling in life, as she forms the band "Togenashi Togeari" with Momoka Kawaragi, Subaru Awa, Sachi Ebitsuka, and Rupa, whom she meets in Tokyo, and carves out her future while facing obstacles. Nina, who formed "Togenashi Togeari," confronts her abandoned hometown, and Momoka confronts the band "Diamond Dust" she left behind. Inspired by the two, the other members also overcome their respective pasts and aim to become professionals, but they cannot adapt to the logic of adult society and decide to continue their activities as an indie band. The five members of the real band "Togenashi Togeari," which is linked to the band in the play, are voice actors, and the theme songs and insert songs in the play have also become hits. Toki Hanada, who worked on "K-ON!" and the "Love Live!" series, wrote the script, and Kazuo Sakai, who worked on the "Love Live! Sunshine!!" series, directed the film.
