I was using these shoes until recently, but I'm selling them because the size was a bit too big, causing some slippage, and for other reasons. I've switched to different shoes. I used them 1-2 times a week for about 3 hours each time. The insoles were used only a few times, as I was using different ones until recently. There's a little bit of pilling on the heel area, but I don't think it's very noticeable. Overall, I think they are in good condition with little sign of wear. The soles have some dirt, but I will clean them thoroughly before shipping.
