You can wear it under clothes with open collars as a turtleneck, or over your clothes for warmth and as a stylish collar. It's designed to be easily carried in your bag. Made with acrylic yarn, it's not itchy and has a fluffy, warm feel, perfect for housework, gardening, or walks on cold days. I use it myself and it's a very convenient piece. It can be easily washed in a net. Buttoned up, it measures 18cm (vertical) x 18cm (horizontal). Neck circumference: 38cm Mohair-style acrylic yarn Because it's a puff stitch, it stretches and shrinks. It fits gently around the neck, not too tight, and is light and very warm.
