This is a mini notebook purchased at the National Gallery in London, UK, 10 years ago. It's small, but has quite a few pages and comes with a ribbon bookmark. It features Turner's "The Fighting Temeraire" on the cover, which looks cool. It is unused, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about condition.
