I purchased this at Isetan Shinjuku a few years ago for nearly 20,000 yen, but the neckline didn't suit me, so I only wore it once or twice at home to try it on and then it went into the closet. It has a button on the left shoulder. The hem is rounded. It has a flowing, draping feel and is perfect for early summer or autumn.
