This is the About Vintage 1815 Rose Gold. It's a set including the original leather watch case and two replacement straps (a rose gold mesh strap and a black leather strap). There are minor scratches on the back of the watch body, as shown in image 3. The leather watch case has some scratches, but there are no particular problems with its use.
