I bought "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone" in Europe. I purchased a new copy at a bookstore for 11.95 euros (approximately 2,000 yen). I haven't read it. I've kept it on display in a bookshelf with a door. As it's a children's book, how about using it to study English? It's in good condition, but please understand that it has been stored at home by a private individual.
