This is the moss green color, which was discontinued a long time ago. Officially, it's vert anglaise = English green, and it's one of the most difficult colors to find in good condition these days. I used it a few times when I bought it, and I think the entire pot is in very good condition. Because it's a 25cm oval shape, you can cook a whole fish or a rack of lamb with minimal oil and water, bringing out the natural flavors of the ingredients.
