According to Mr. Rintaro Tanaka's Schott pictorial, this tag was used in the late 50s to early 60s, around the same time as the ribbon tag. This is an extremely rare One Star model that is not even featured in the aforementioned Schott pictorial. I've only seen one other jacket like this, besides this one, on the internet, in books, or at flea markets. Size: Unknown. Fits like a 38-40. I've included a photo of me wearing it at the end. (180cm, 70kg, usually wears a 40) Actual Measurements: Width: 55cm Sleeve Length: 58cm Shoulder Width: 50cm Length: Back 52cm, Front 57cm The leather condition is supple and good, with no hardening. There are scuffs throughout, but the tea-core is coming through nicely, resulting in a supremely cool aging effect. No mold or musty smell. All zippers are original and function well. No damage to the insertion parts. Main damages are as follows: ■ Lining Fraying and tears around the collar Fraying and tears at the cuffs Wear and small holes around the hem ■ Leather Removal marks from studs that were added to the epaulettes Significant scuffs on the shoulders and sleeves (not severe enough to cause holes) ■ Other Repairs to the chest pocket lining These are minor damages, and there were no problems with wearing it. The amazing aging and classic box shape create an outstanding atmosphere. The direction of the sleeve zippers, the shape of the epaulettes, the color of the lining, and the lining of the belt are all designs that are the complete opposite of the Perfect brand. And the careful sewing seen before the 50s, such as French seams (mostly stitching). This is undoubtedly a collectible item. Please consider this opportunity.
