The brewery is Hiroki Shuzo, located in Aizubange-machi. Awarded 1st place in the Junmai Ginjo category at the SAKE COMPETITION 2019. Awarded 9th place in the Tokubetsu Junmai category. Received a gold medal in the Junmai Daiginjo category at the International Wine Challenge (IWC) Japan Sake competition. It is a popular sake, so much so that it is said to be difficult to obtain even for locals.
