This is a cup and saucer set from the "Autumn Gold" series by DENBY, a British ceramics manufacturer. The color is brick (terracotta). DENBY was founded in Derbyshire, England in 1809. Over 200 years later, they continue to manufacture user-friendly stoneware at the original site. This recommended British brand combines the best qualities of both porcelain and earthenware, being microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe. This set features a simple design with grooves carved into the sides of the cylindrical cup. The entire set is glazed in a glossy brick-colored finish. It dates back to the 1980s. Regarding the condition, this item was purchased from a vintage shop, and there are no noticeable chips or cracks. There are few scratches, and it has a glossy appearance, making it in very good condition for a vintage item. Also, I have never used it. As for the original product quality, there may be slight color stains, unevenness, irregularities, and black spots.
