The upper left is the Gouou Houin (sacred seal), and on the monthly Tsukimatsuri day, it will be a special goshuin with the Yatagarasu (three-legged crow) seal, making this a combined goshuin. The Gouou Houin is a protective amulet, worn to ward off misfortune, and also serves as a talisman placed at the entrance of a home. Thank you for your consideration.
