This is a reversible skirt made of cotton. The blue side has a Mimi-chan (character) one-point design, and the patterned side has pockets shaped like cats, which are cute. Overall, there is some wear and fading, (see image 8, there is a stain with a red dot - possibly from a marker) but I think it can still be worn. I have inspected the item before listing it, but as I am a private seller, please forgive any minor oversights. Please understand that this item has been stored at home and may have some wrinkles.
