I purchased this from Shimamura about 5-6 years ago. I usually wear a size 23.5cm or 24cm, and the fit was just right. I wore them 4-5 times, but I haven't worn them much recently, so I'm selling them. They originally came with ribbons, but I removed them, so there are holes left from where they were attached.
