Thank you for viewing. This is a 10cm black vinyl tie (1000 pieces). I used to cut long vinyl ties to 10cm, but I have some left over, so I'm selling them. Since they are hand-cut, the lengths are not uniform, with some slightly longer or shorter than 10cm. Please understand this. They are cut, but they are new and unused. The width is 4mm.
