Thank you for viewing. This is a SOFUOL coat with a belt. I purchased it about 7 years ago at a department store. It has a belt, so you can use it closed, or it looks good without the belt. As shown in the fourth photo, there is a string and button on the inside to keep the front of the coat closed. There are pockets on both sides. As shown in the 7th and 8th photos, there were strings to thread the belt through, but the one on the left side is missing.
