I found this while cleaning my room. I think I bought it about 20 years ago at a LEGO store. It doesn't have legs, so I think it's the first generation keychain. The shape of the LEGO tag is also a rare type, and I can't find any others like it on Mercari. However... The right hand is missing, and the left hand is missing.
