Purchased at a fishing tackle shop at the regular price about two years ago, worn once and then stored. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but there are creases in the mesh part. I think they will disappear eventually when worn. I don't think there are any particular odors. What looks like fraying on the brim is the original vintage processing. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item. It will be folded in the final photo and shipped via Letter Pack Plus, so there may be some creasing during shipping.
