This is a komon-style kimono featuring a creamy color with various pink to peach-colored orchid flowers and a chandelier-like pattern. It is from the Mitsumatsu's modern line "Furifu" brand, with a pattern called "Watashi to Ran (Me and Orchids)". I purchased it directly from the store and have worn it with great care for several years. I am selling it because I will no longer have the opportunity to wear it due to moving. When I wore it at European parties, it was very well-received, and even small children complimented it, saying, "How cute!" It's a wonderful pattern. I originally had it cleaned and stored, but I had it professionally cleaned at a reputable kimono shop just before listing it. It is wrapped in a tatoushi paper and I have not touched it myself. *The photos were taken "before" cleaning because I couldn't touch it to take them.
