I loved this raincoat and it was a favorite, but I'm selling it because my child has outgrown it. I bought it at COSTCO, so the size is American, but it's likely a 120 or larger in Japan. (My child wore it until they were about 140cm tall) Because it's made of vinyl with a flashy color scheme, there are some scuffs here and there (see photos), but it's still perfectly usable. The fabric is thick and heavy, so it won't flap in the wind and will protect well from the rain. It's very cute and eye-catching. As mentioned above, there is some wear and tear, but thank you for your understanding.
