This is a US military Gore-Tex parka from the 90s to the 2000s! I bought it at a local used clothing store this March. It's a mid-length and can be worn in the rain! The hem can also be tightened, so it can be worn shorter! There is a repair mark around the right chest. Thank you for looking! ^^
