These are dressy pumps from GRL. They have a soft, fluffy fabric lining, and the color is a sophisticated pale lavender or light gray. The size is 24.0cm, and they fit me true to size. The heel is about 7cm, which is said to be the most flattering height for legs. I've only worn them a few times, and the insides are clean, but there is some slight soiling on the tips of the heels. I don't think there are any major noticeable flaws, but they are used items. Please only purchase if you understand this. Heel height: 5.1-7cm
