I purchased this in September 2020 for use in my car. I don't drive much, only for weekend shopping, so the operating hours are probably quite short. I regularly cleaned the filter, and since it was kept in a place where people didn't touch it, it looks clean. There are no accessories, only the main unit. However, the power cord (USB terminal) is directly attached to the unit, so you can use it simply by plugging it into a USB port in your car, etc.
