I am unsure of the purchase date as this item was received from someone else. I have only used it a few times as a mattress cleaner. The clear bin has almost no scratches and the exterior is in beautiful condition. The battery completely died while in storage and does not respond when the charger is plugged in. I was able to confirm that it charges and operates with the V6 battery I am using. Please replace the battery after purchase. Compatible batteries can be purchased on Amazon, etc., for around 2,500 yen to 4,000 yen for a good one. I believe all parts other than the motorhead are unused. I have disassembled and cleaned all the parts. Please check the photos.
