Organic cotton yarn, made by recycling the leftover cotton generated during the spinning process, is rope-dyed with pure indigo without impurities. You can enjoy the deep indigo color of the finished product and the unique fading process of denim. This carefully selected yarn is woven into 13-ounce selvedge denim with the original unevenness of cotton yarn remaining, using a shuttle loom (power loom) from Nihon Menpu (Ibara City, Okayama Prefecture), a denim fabric manufacturer with a 100-year history. The denim, finished by Japanese artisans, is handcrafted one by one by craftsmen at the EDWIN Akita factory.
