This is a WARPATH figure made by BOWEN DESIGNS. I purchased this used from a US website and displayed it briefly in a showcase. However, I'm now selling it due to a move, and it has been stored back in its box. The box shows some signs of aging. While the figure itself has no noticeable scratches, there are traces of adhesive at the base of both swords, so I've marked it as "with scratches and dirt" (I did remove some dust with an air duster, but some remains).
