This is a frilly skirt with a Showa retro vibe. It's made of denim-like fabric and has a lining, making it a sturdy piece. Made in Japan, it's a rare item nowadays. As shown in photos 5 and 6, there is one stain, but it's likely to be hidden by the ruffles when worn and not very noticeable. Also, the hook on the waist has been slightly adjusted and widened.
