This is a WATERMAN fountain pen. It has a calm black and gold design, and the nib is marked F (fine). It is a converter type. I received this as a usable item, but I have not actually tested it for writing. On the exterior, there are no chips or major damage to the nib. There are fine scratches from normal use.
