One zipper on the outside. Two zippers inside, each about the same size as the outside one. There are also two pockets in addition to the zippers. There's plenty of storage, making it easy to organize. It has a magnetic button, so you don't have to worry about the contents being visible. I've only used it about three times, so I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or flaws. I bought it because of the stylish woven leather on the outside, but I haven't had a chance to use it. It has been stored at home. The handle is also stylish.
