It will be cut into the uchiwa shape, placed in a clear file, and sent in an envelope. Why not try making a fan service appeal uchiwa? I am a novice, so please understand there may be slight misalignments when cutting. *Uchiwa frame not included. Please create it yourself with double-sided tape or glue, etc.
