The exterior has minor scratches that are not very noticeable. Used REVO reels often have disappointing chrome plating, but the chrome parts on this one are in good condition. The knobs and spool also have minor scratches. The reeling feel is not bothersome, but there is a slight gear feel, so it's recommended to have it maintained before use.
