I received this item used, but I haven't used it. I have confirmed that the main unit starts up and have initialized and formatted it. I will ship it with the instruction manual. A protective seal is attached to the main unit's LCD screen. The exterior of the main unit has a matte finish, so fingerprints may be noticeable. In addition to minor scratches from use, there are areas that look like oil stains. (See photos 3, top left, and 5) I have a cat at home. Please be aware of this if you have cat allergies.
