This is a thin, pink lace toilet paper holder (^^) It's hard to tell from the image, but the top part is where you hang the toilet paper currently in use. The lace part below is for storing spare rolls. The top and bottom are attached with Velcro and can be separated. It's from the same series as the noren (Japanese curtain) I have listed separately (^^)
