To prevent "swapping" with the recently popular "counterfeit goods" or "items in poor condition," we absolutely cannot accept returns or exchanges. Recently, malicious buyers have been increasing. These are individuals with ill intentions who falsely claim the number of cards received or their condition and demand unfair refunds or compensation. We take photos and videos of the packing process for all products when shipping. If you are concerned, please record a video from before you open the envelope. Also, requests to "cancel the transaction" after purchase because "I don't need it anymore" cannot be accepted in principle due to the significant damage it causes to inventory management and business operations. Please read the photos and description carefully before purchasing. ② 【Packaging method】 Inexpensive items will be placed in sleeves, then sandwiched with normal cards and placed in an OPP bag for simple packaging. Items with a card price of 10,000 yen or more will be placed in a loader and shipped via Mercari delivery. ③ 【Regarding messages during transactions】 We cannot reply to messages after purchase unless they are truly necessary. As we have thousands of items listed, we cannot respond individually to messages such as "Has it been shipped yet?" after only a day or two, or greetings like "Thank you" at the time of purchase. ④ 【Shipping method】 We basically use Japan Post for all shipments. Delivery by regular mail or mini-letter will not be made on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. If shipped on the weekend, it will arrive on or after Monday at the earliest.
